Contracts Manager

TriVector's Experience and exceptional Performance adds measurable Value to every project. TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Contracts Manager position.

The Contracts Manager will support the TriVector corporate office in Huntsville, AL. Duties may include, but not limited to :

• Tracking and completion of contract deliverables (invoices, cost reports, status reports, travel reports, etc.)
• Reviewing and managing contracts, amendments, modifications, and change orders
• Track and maintain all contract required training and documentation
• Project setup and track funding
• Maintaining contract files and records
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g. FAR, DFARS, etc.)
• Assist in proposal responses, data calls, and ensuring compliance with Request for Proposals (RFP) or other solicitation requirements
• Track and maintain awareness of new and / or changes in regulations or law

Minimum Qualifications :

• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DoD and / or Government contracts of all contract types (e.g. T&M, FFP, and Cost Reimbursement) is required.
• Must have experience and knowledge of the FAR and FAR Supplements.
• Candidate must have experience with Subcontract Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Teaming Agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Unanet contract / project experience is a plus.
• General Service Administration (GSA) contracts (Multiple Award Schedule, OASIS) is a plus.
• Service Contract Act (SCA) experience is a plus.
