Ability to move objects weighing up to one hundred (100) pounds of force up to 33% of the time; to move objects up to fifty (50) pounds from 34 to 66% of the time;

Detailed responsibilities :
- Mows grass and pulls or sprays weeds
- Sweeps and picks up refuse and debris from the streets, parks, and other public property
- Shovels snow and spreads salt and gravel
- Prepares flower beds by digging, raking, grinding and sifting soil, mulching leaves, and watering
- Installs or repairs fences and performs minor maintenance, such as painting park equipment and facilities
- Assists with the disassembly, repair or replacement, and operation of such equipment as polymer, siphon, and vacuum filter feed pumps and clarifiers, and adds polymer, sewer aid, and sodium hypochloride to wastewater
- Maintains inventories of cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Monitors greenhouse thermostats
- Maintains regular job attendance in accordance with a schedule established for the position by the supervisor
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates within the scope of this classification

Must possess a valid motor vehicle operators license.
Pay Range : $18.43 Hourly
