Open Positions :

• Lead Teacher : Starting at $18 per hour with a CDA.
• Assistant Teacher : Starting at $14 per hour.
• Classrooms : Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, and PreK.

Job Type : Fulltime, Weekends Off

Shift : Monday Friday (7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM)

Location : Detroit, MI

Job Summary and Responsibilities :

Teachers :

• Implement lesson plans and engaging activities.
• Support students in their educational and social development.
• Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Assist in the development of an age-appropriate curriculum.
• Help with classroom preparation, cleanup, and common areas.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Promote literacy and evidence of learning throughout the classroom.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Lead Teacher : CDA or an ECE Degree (AA, BA, MA) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accredited Early Childhood Program.
• Mastery of classroom management, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of child development, learning, and behavior management.
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
