SUMMARY The Installation Technician is accountable for the installation of Video Gaming Terminal equipment at various customer locations.

The Installer is also responsible for the installation of the equipment and safety and quality testing according to Nebraska’s standard guidelines and law.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the installation of Video Gaming Terminal equipment at various customer locations Maintenance of accurate records, paperwork, and communication of all data on customer sites Troubleshoot gaming devices and repair as needed Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs Deliver product from company location to customer locations Communicate with call center to efficiently manage installations Manage inventory of the installation truck to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed QUALIFICATIONS Ability to complete basic mechanical and electrical tasks including work with high and low voltage electrical Be knowledgeable of Nebraska regulations and how these standards apply to the Service and Installation personnel Ability to read, understand, and follow documentation, including technical information Minimum of 21 years of age PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including use of a keyboard Frequently required to lift / push weights up to 1100 pounds Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and outside weather conditions Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals Frequent exposure to blood-borne and airborne pathogens or infectious materials Protective clothing or equipment is required that may include gloves, helmets, steel-toed boots, or protective eyewear The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate or loud The above is intended to describe the general content of, and requirements for, the performance of this job.
