Harrisonburg Honda & Hyundai is locally owned with roots in the community. We are a dealership with very little turnover, and have a family atmosphere.
Most of our team has been with us for 5+ years and we are ready to grow!
Being of high character and having a strong work ethic is a MUST. You must work well with a TEAM and represent yourself and the dealership in a good light.

We have an innovative compensation model and based on your production, you can make between $31,200 - $120,000 per year !
We provide you the tools and the training. Your income will be based on how you work your craft, so you must be coachable and utilize the tools that are provided for your success!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new / used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Understanding of technology and ability to effectively communicate it to your client
REQUIREMENTS :
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Previous dealership experience in a sales capacity a huge plus
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
