Key Responsibilities for Staff Accountant :
- Year-End Financial Preparation : Gear up for the annual financial wrap-up with confidence and expertise.
- Fixed Assets Management : Maintain and track our company's valuable assets.
- Report Preparation and Analysis : Create and analyze reports that drive business decisions.
- Month-End Close Process : Ensure smooth and timely completion of monthly financial tasks.
- Bank and Cash Reconciliations : Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flows with accuracy.
- Journal Entries : Record financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Audit & Tax Preparation : Support audit processes and prepare for tax season.
- AP Assistance : Step in to assist with Accounts Payable when needed.
What We're Looking For :
- Education : BA in Accounting or Finance.
- Skills : Strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Experience : 2+ years of accounting experience.
