The Transportation group is looking for an engineering intern to help work on various projects predominately focused on Highway & Roadway design.

Our internship program is a 12 week paid summer program. We offer in depth work experience on real client projects in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The position is full-time Monday through Friday and may sit out of Boston, MA or Quincy, MA .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with traffic impact studies and transportation planning studies
• Assist with the preparation of local and state permit applications
• Conduct field visits
• Provide construction administration and support
• Assist with roadway design
• Utilize design-related computer programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Synchro

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in transportation
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Proficiency with MS Office programs
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. of equipment
