Responsibilities

Responsible for smooth operation of a specific amount of table games within a gaming pit(s) to include :

• Offers the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play.
• Monitors and adjusts table game limits with respect to gaming volume.
• Responsible for handling customer requests, including information, markers, and comps.
• Ensures accuracy of all monetary transactions.
• Responsible for compliance with all Seminole Gaming's Compliance and Regulations and Federal CTR & SARC regulations.
• Responsible for specific table games scheduling for Dealers.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of subordinate performance and productivity.
• Responsible for customer enjoyment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years table game experience required.
• Two (2) years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Required exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino and / or Hotel areas.
• Ability to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures and ability to complete standard Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports are required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Work Environment :

• May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;

reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
