JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE Performs the duties of Pharmacist as prescribed by state and federal statutes as well as SHS policies.
Prepares and dispenses medication; assesses clinical status of patients (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics).
Provides drug information to the medical team. Educates patients.

- EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required. Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
