Job Purpose :
To maintain the highest level of craftsmanship and customer service to support the Holman's Cabinets name and reputation in the Mid-Tennessee and now East TN area!
Job Duties :
- Sales & Customer Service!
- Kitchen / Cabinet Design and Measure
- 20 / 20 and KCD Cabinet design
Skills / Qualifications :
- A sincere desire to help others
- Experience in Kitchen and Bath Design, Interior Design, or equivalent experience is a plus
- Strong sales background, preferably within the design and / or construction arena
- Expert skills in 2020 Design Software or KCD software are a plus!!!
- Knowledge of Google docs, sheets, etc
- Familiarity with social media websites such as Houzz and Pinterest
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
- Ability to organize and focus on simultaneous multiple projects
- Ability to see project through from conception to sale
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Engaging personality to create lasting relationships with team members and clients alike.
Compensation
$40-75K PLUS!
We hire TOP producers- If you're average you can earn $45K with us. If you're a star you can earn $75k or more!
