Territory will be SW Florida - Sarasota, Ft.Myers toNaples.
JobSummary :
This role supportsCMU and LCC business by managing the customer relationship locally,with the expectation of enhancing the customer experience.
The role will partner with CST, National Sales andLocal Sales teams to deliver a positive customerexperience.
This position is responsiblefor building relationships with new and existing accounts up to 50%of their time. The main focus is to provide excellentcustomer support to Sysco customers and ensure last mile issueresolution.
DutiesandResponsibilities :
Manageassigned customers / concepts and handle last mile activities toensure customer receives product timely and accurately;
collaboration with CSM that handles same concepts / customers,partners with transportation, merchandising, and contract salesteams to drive outcomes and influence customer interactions.
Liaise with back office and communicate to customer regarding itemssuch as prod credit, special orders,etc.
Liaise with localcontract sales organization to implement direction, best practicesvia GSC; act as role model for bestpractice
Utilize CRM toolfor account management which includes managing tasks, communicatingacross selling team, ensure customer data isaccurate
Build and maintaincustomer relationships as appropriate; in person visits based oncustomer needs andcontracts
Able to havechallenging conversations with internal and externalstakeholders
Responsible forappropriate escalation asneeded

3+years prior outside foodservice account management or B2B salesexperience

Validdriver’s license with a driving record that meets Companyinsurabilitystandards
SkillsandAbilities :
Knowledgeof Sysco Products, ordering procedures and creditterms
Proficient withcustomer service management and able to partnercross-functionally
Abilityto manage end to end initiatives through challengingdeadlines
Excellentorganizational and project management skills, including the abilityto provide top notch customer service to multiple customerssimultaneously
Able tothrive in a fast-paced and changing workenvironment
Expert inMicrosoftOffice
