Art Teacher / Art Education Assistant Director - Full Time

What you’ll do :

• Teach Art and / or Digital Design Classes : Teach weekly art and / or digital art classes and summer camps for a variety of ages and media.
• Ensure Student Success : Actively engage with students and teachers to observe, document, and communicate their progress and opportunities for growth.
• Provide Hospitality Service & Communication : Conduct proactive check‑ins with parents, students, and families, support makeup scheduling, discuss student progress and opportunities for growth, upsell to additional classes / camps.
• Implement One River Methodology Curriculum : Ensure teachers have lesson plans / resources on time and implement the One River Method through each class effectively and contribute to lesson plan development regularly.
• Run a best‑in‑class studio : Order and re‑stock art supplies, clean and organize studio spaces and student artwork, and oversee digital lab maintenance.
• Student Exhibitions : Collect, curate and install school & community exhibitions; plan and prompt the opening receptions for Student Shows and support parties and special events.
