We are seeking a dedicated and organized Catering Coordinator to support our Catering Sales Managers in managing all aspects of meetings and functions.

Key components of the role will include :

• Book business for meetings and events, ensuring all details are meticulously captured.
• Prepare and send contracts to clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Write and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Schedule of Events (SOEs).
• Coordinate audio-visual requirements and convention details to enhance guest experiences.
• Respond promptly to general inquiries via telephone, email, and mail with a clear and pleasant demeanor.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle administrative tasks including typing correspondence, opening and distributing mail, photocopying, and sending faxes.
• Assist with special projects as needed to support the catering team.
