Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties) :

  • Work closely with department managers, supervisors, Leads and HR to ensure training needs are met across the organization.
  • Maintain the Training Matrix by conducting weekly audits against the Production Staffing Roster and effectively communicating outstanding or missing required certifications to leaders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees, ensuring compliance with ISO certification requirements.
  • Distribute and collect training materials, assessments, and certifications for new hires.
  • Partners with the Production Leaders to ensure job training and certification processes are being followed by updating the Work Instruction Requirements in accordance with ISO.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of ongoing training sessions for current employees, including safety, quality and operational training.
  • Provides weekly reporting on outstanding additional training to leadership, as needed.
  • Partners with Production Liaison to determine retraining and training needs due to revised work instructions.
  • Other training duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production / manufacturing environment, HR or training coordination is a plus.
  • Experience in document management systems. Knowledge of work instructions throughout the plant is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and collaborating across departments.

  • Combination of office and manufacturing floor setting.
  • Exposure to vibration and occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
