Per Diem Nurse Practitioner
Job Location : Shepherdsville, KY.
Job Schedule : October 15th, October 17th; (5am- 2pm).
Job Type : Per Diem, 1099 contract
Pay rate : $130 / hr onsite patient care hours, $100 / hr telemedicine lab review hours.

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Shepherdsville, KY.
Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.
Usually no more than 20 patients per day.
PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION IS Shepherdsville, KY AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL THERE.

Responsibilities :
- Provide general wellness checkups.
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
- Perform blood draws for patients.
- Advise / refer patients for follow-up care.
- Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
Requirements :
Valid and clean license to work in KY.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / (FNP-C) / (FNP-BC) / Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
Must be able to perform phlebotomy.
Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must have a collaborating MD to cover this job.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
Must be able to commute to Shepherdsville, KY.
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
