Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of sponsored awards, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate financial reportingSupervise and train a team of 4-5 research accountants in sponsored project accounting practicesCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract modifications and financial discrepanciesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience using Banner ERP and Office 365Familiarity with research accounting or post-award grants managementSupervisory experience preferredKnowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance and related regulatory guidance
