Objectives of thisRole
Maintain essential IT operations includingoperating systems security tools applications servers email systemslaptops desktops software and hardware
Ownprojects solutions and key responsibilities within a largerbusiness initiative
Handle businesscritical ITtasks and systems administration
Research andevaluate emerging technologies hardware andsoftware
Track and maintain hardware and softwareinventory
Manage Verizon wireless Open Path Cloudhosted vendors Printer contract vendors
Be thefirst point of contact between users and vendors for softwarerelated issues.
Analyze department needs identifyvulnerabilities and boost productivity efficiency and accuracy toinform business decisions
Ensure networkcomponents meet needs and work together seamlessly using the fullrange of capabilities and stay informed about new features andcompetitive solutions
Continuously analyzecurrent process technologies and vendors to identify areas ofimprovement
Prepare cost benefits analysisreports when upgrades are necessary continuously analyzing vendorsto ensure they offer the best possible service and value forcompany needs
Train employees on both softwareand hardware troubleshoot and provide technical support whenneeded
Develop and execute disaster proceduresand maintain data backups
Travel between 2 sitelocations Wall st and Soho as well as remote troubleshooting forall of our users.
Maintain server firewallnetwork and all IT related issues in theoffice
Security system and Antivirus softwaremaintenance
The Pay : $30 $38 / hr
