Looking for a Project Coordinator to support business activities like subcontract processing, documentation management, project management, and cost tracking while ensuring consistent delivery of services and financial commitments, assisting with procurement, safety programs, and contract management in the construction or building maintenance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS :
- Support project business activities like subcontract processing, documentation management, cost tracking, and project management
- Work with the Project Manager and / or Engineering Management to ensure service delivery and financial commitments are met
- Assist in generating project plans, organizing documentation and ensuring deadlines are met
- Complete administrative tasks related to projects or sales to meet customer expectations.
Prior experience with dispatching, engineering, HVAC or service oriented industry
Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office Suite
QUALIFICATIONS :
- BA Degree or higher
- Experience supporting project-related teams in the construction or building maintenance industry
- Proficient in general Windows environment, Microsoft Office software (especially Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external clients
