You will earn a great $50 - $55 per hour plus a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
You'll also get amazing benefits such as dental benefits for employees and their families, paid time off (PTO), a bonus plan, and a referral bonus.
This is a full-time deal, Monday through Thursday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM . And yes, you get Fridays off. Because we get that work-life balance is a thing.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR DENTISTRY HYGIENIST - RDH
Your day as an RDH at Smile Well Dentistry involves spreading positivity and enhancing oral health. You'll team up with our fantastic crew, supporting Doctor-led treatment recommendations, diagnosing like a pro, and educating patients to ensure they're on board with their treatment plans.
Our team vibe is all about communication, growth, and building awesome connections with our patients.

- Valid TX Dental Hygienist license
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
