Our Robotics client is seeking a highly motivated Safety Engineer to play a key role in shaping our safety practices and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You'll collaborate closely with our sales teams, customers, and engineers to develop robust safety protocols and deliver solutions that prioritize user safety.
A deep understanding of robotic safety standards and best practices is critical for success in this role.
In this role, you will :
- Become an expert on robotic material management system safety standards.
- Partner with engineering to define clear safety requirements and ensure rigorous evaluation against established standards.
- Develop comprehensive safety documentation for our material management solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and their safety teams to guarantee adherence to industry standards and specific customer needs.
- Oversee the safety of our solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.
To excel in this role, you'll possess :
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or demonstrably equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience in functional safety design and development processes.
- The ability to travel to meet customers and foster strong collaboration within the team.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively identify and address safety concerns with various stakeholders.

- Involvement with relevant safety standard organizations.
- Experience implementing safety features in the autonomous vehicle industry (a plus).
- A proven track record of collaborating with customers to design solutions that address safety challenges.
