We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Agent to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our services while delivering exceptional experiences. Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound customer interactions with urgency, aiming to meet a daily call target of 85 calls.
- Advocate for customers by tailoring their experiences to ensure minimal effort and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer concerns independently and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills and self-help tools to address technical issues.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Milwaukee products and services to resolve inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with support teams to ensure one-call resolutions.
- Exhibit agility in addressing customer needs across various channels and adapting to dynamic situations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions through data entry systems.
- Uphold professionalism and responsiveness in all communications to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.
- Proficiency in call center operations and metrics, with the ability to manage fast-paced workflows.
- Strong skills in resolving customer complaints and delivering success stories.
- Competence in computer data entry and typing with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a demanding environment.
