Job Summary
Serves as a 12 month teacher to support schools and teachers.
Essential Functions
1. Facilitates lesson planning, assessment, and integration of standards into classroom routines, and models best practices.
2. Serves as a liaison between the district offices and the school.
3. Supports teachers and schools as well as students within the classroom setting.
4. Coordinates and / or conducts staff development.
5. Communicates vision and goals of district and builds program support.
6 . Locates and assists with acquiring appropriate resources, instructional materials, supplies and equipment.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience : Five years successful teaching experience in the relevant content area.
Certifications & Licenses : Current Florida Department of Education Certificate in relevant content area.
