People Strategy Coordinator Job Summary :

The People Strategy Coordinator serves as Tier 1 HR support for inquiries related to various HR functions, including new hire processing, employee transfers, pay changes, and paid time off inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, a keen attention to detail, a strong knowledge of human resources and payroll law, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Excel and excellent customer service skills, combined with a capability for quick issue resolution, are essential for this role.

Previous experience in a high-volume environment with over 10,000 employees and a background in hospitality is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Employee Support : Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding HR system entries and transactions, as well as other HR-related issues.
  • Issue Resolution : Quickly troubleshoot and resolve employee concerns, escalating more complex issues to appropriate HR specialists or management as needed.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Invited company policies, programs, and procedures to enable first contact resolution in most cases.

  • HR Transactions : Process HR-related transactions such as employee status changes and pay rate updates efficiently and accurately within the HR system.
  • Policy Guidance : Provide clear and accurate information and guidance to employees and managers regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Documentation : Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee transactions are maintained in the HR information system.
  • Collaboration : Partner with other HR team members and departments to ensure seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Compliance : Adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and confidentiality standards in all HR activities and transactions.
  • Data Integrity Audits : Perform regular data integrity audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee data in HR systems.
  • Continuous Improvement : Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with HR practices and continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience : Previous experience in an HR service center, customer service, or related HR role is preferred. Experience working in a high-volume environment with over 10,000 employees and a background in hospitality is a plus.
  • Skills : Proficiency in Excel, strong customer service skills, and a demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively are required.
