The AIS team is looking for a results-oriented Technical Program Manager to lead and support the implementation and scaling of Project Buy Sell.

You will own creating, improving, and delivering results for the technical portions of the project. You will act as a central point of contact with different suppliers, external partners, and key stakeholders.

You will coordinate directly with suppliers to establish implementation timelines, drive adherence to key milestones, and triage any blockers that arise throughout the implementation process.

You will own internal executive reporting regarding status of implementation and how the program is tracking toward its goals.

General Work Activities :

  • Leverage experience in systems and tools implementation to effectively coordinate timelines, prioritize features / requirements, and balance internal and external tech resource constraints
  • Analyze data exchange requirements across supply chain, material planning, production planning, finance, accounting and warehousing functions to determine project roadmaps
  • Influence internal and external stakeholder priorities to align with program milestones and overarching goals

Key job responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager for Project Buy Sell is "the point of contact" for all system related tools and functions for Project Buy Sell.

This individual owns timelines, coordinates workstreams of tech resources, internal stakeholders and suppliers. This individual is the subject matter expert for Project Buy Sell and will own communications and reporting to multiple levels of the organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
  • 6+ years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience
  • Experience with developing automated solutions supporting supply chain processes, specifically, procurement and order fulfillment.
