About the team

As the Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.

  • Responsible for setting the return related strategy and building the end-end buyer return & refund flow.
  • Have in-depth understanding of platform strategies and business knowledge to improve after-sale performance and related customer experience, design systematic whole-scene strategies and traction mechanisms.

Drive complex projects independently, including but not limited to the designing of business-related product modules, and product implementation of governance strategies.

  • Be data driven, understand and define North Star Metrics that reveal customer experience about the return & refund process.
  • Continuously looking for approaches to optimize key metrics.
  • Facilitate internal communication, collaborate with operation, algorithm and R&D teams to ensure smooth teamwork.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Ability to design highly adaptable product solutions for different business scenarios. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to use data and metric to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and confidently working well with teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in product management in E-Commerce, return&refund or other customer experience improvement is preferred.

Experience in consumer-facing products or client design will be a plus.
