Position Overview

• Manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases of varying complexity.
• Interact with clients for legal consultation, create litigation plans, and maintain exceptional client interaction.
• Represent clients at depositions or other discovery matters.
• Guide non-attorney team members as needed.

What we expect you've got

• Member of the State Bar in good standing.
• 1 - 4 years of experience as an attorney in Workers' Compensation Defense.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using technology in a paperless environment.
