PRIMARY PURPOSE :
The Executive Director of Online Gaming Products will facilitate the development and delivery of MGM Resorts International's online gaming content.
This position will be a primary point of contact between MGMRI and gaming vendors to contract services, build out the product, oversee the deployment of multiple products, and execute the overall strategy for the content as a key member of the MGMRI Interactive division.
- Manages relationships with vendors, including sourcing potential partners and ensuring deliverables meet MGMRI standards.
- Primary leader of MGMRI online gaming content operations; continuously reviews operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness KPIs are met.
Acts as the primary point of contact with vendors to manage relationships and the creation of new content.
- Acts as Project Manager for all online gaming development. Participates in M&A projects as needed.
- Responsible for the financial performance of MGMRI online gaming content. Has full P&L responsibility and direct oversight for a business unit within MGM Interactive;
regularly reports to Executive Leadership on KPIs through data collection and analysis.
- Responsible for optimizing online gaming content products. Manages capital budgets in the creation of gaming content.
- Manages cross-functional relationships, including brand marketing, property operations, and shared services.
- Collaborates with domestic (US) and International management teams to ensure the success of ventures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of prior relevant experience .
