Revenue Cycle Program Manager

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Optimization Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Directs performance improvement initiatives using lean methodology for the mid-revenue cycle

Develops and manages improvement activities by engaging teams and stakeholders

Leads large strategic initiatives and facilitates process improvement teams to meet strategic goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline

Five years of progressively responsible mid-revenue cycle work experience

EPIC experience required; certification preferred

Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and revenue cycle best practices

Strong project management and leadership skills
