We are looking for a Senior / Lead Sales Manager for one of our investment products (AI B2C) . The product is revolutionizing the world of AI role-playing apps.

Your main tasks will be :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve product goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Creators and their Agencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the company's sales reach :
  • identify and reach out new Creators / Agencies which meet Company's criteria;
  • identify relevant events or other formats of offline activities to participate in and scout for new contacts of Creators / Agencies;
  • Ensure sales performance and analyse sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and ensure contracts with Creators / Agencies from the initiation of the introduction until the signing of the agreements.
  • Monitor contract performance by Company and each Creator, including acceptance of contract terms, delivery, payment, and other matters covered in Company’s contract terms with the Creators.
  • Control execution of third party Introducers (creators, agencies).
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to optimise the overall sales and customer service process.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and analyses.

We expect from you :

  • 3+ years of experience in the position of a Sales Manager (B2B) on the US market.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Higher education in business management, marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Grit and persistence.
  • Stress resistance, initiative, high level of autonomy.
  • Ambitiousness, willingness to take responsibility.
