CSI Companies is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for contract-to-hire with one of our clients located in the Southside area of Jacksonville.
Our client is an international leader in fraudulent investigations - data analytics, insurance fraud, surveillance investigations - you name it, they investigate it!
What you need to know :
- Pay : $22 / hr
- Contract-to-hire (Seeking the right fit!)
- Traditional full-time hours, M-F
- Possibility for Hybrid schedule, but begins in office
Duties & Requirements :
- Processing invoices
- Recording invoices to the correct expense accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Cutting checks to pay invoices that are due
- Organizing and filing the appropriate paperwork
- Supporting internal departments as needed
Requirements and Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience with accounting software preferred
- Eager to learn and takes initiative
