Contract Manager - eMaaS (Hybrid : Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA)
Job Description
In this role, leverage your expertise in software-as-a-service (SaaS) contract management to develop and negotiate complex enterprise agreements for Hospital Patient Monitoring.
Your role :
Act as the Contract Center of Excellence (CoE) Strategic Partner with Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Sales Team working directly with the C-suite in drafting and negotiating high complexity enterprise software as a service (SaaS) contracts.
Partner with business and internal stakeholders to create contract solutions that meet customer needs, mitigate risk, and bring value to Philips.
Develop contract solutions that enable business strategy.
Understand the contract content and drive related actions (e.g., fulfillment, invoicing) across all channels; ensure contractual terms and conditions can be operationalized.
Ensure proposals and contractual documents are aligned with Philips’ business controls, policies, and procedures. Partner with sales, operations, and customer to manage contract relationship from cradle to grave.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve contract processes and tools to deliver efficient contract services. Supporting the proposal teams for Request for Proposal’s (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotes (RFQs).
Advise field personnel and stakeholders of contractual rights, obligations, provide interpretation of terms and conditions to identify solutions, and complete other projects as assigned.

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex enterprise commercial contracts within a technology-based company (i.
e., Microsoft, Dell, Oracle, Intuit, etc.)
Your skills include experience drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts, solution focused problem-solving, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, strong Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Salesforce, Conga / Apttus, Adobe Sign; Lean process training a bonus.
You have a bachelor’s degree, Paralegal, Certified Contract Management (CCM) or other contract management certification , or J.D. (desired).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

Flexible hours with 10% travel based on customer needs and business expectations - required.
