Position Overview :

As a Professional Sports Director at Desert Scouts, you will play a pivotal role in our programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing specific content and strategies to drive the success and growth of athletes in your program.

Responsibilities :

Create a series of Program Specific Sport Specific Skill Set Specific Position Specific Benchmarks & Objectives that our Athlete(s) use to reach their athletic ceiling.

Additionally, create a series of written Red Flags that are performed inefficiently or incorrectly, leading to decreased performance, and / or increased injury risk.

• Based on the Program / Assessment, provide a series of Introductory : 30 - 5 : 00 corrective videos for all corresponding Red Flags that will be provided to the Athlete(s) on the platform, immediately following the Athlete(s) Assessment or Testing.
• Additional responsibilities will be outlined during the interview process.

Qualifications :

• Vast knowledge of Sports Training, Coaching Techniques, and overall Athlete Development.
• Above average tech skills, in order to navigate the different software and solutions that our organization uses on a daily basis.
• 2 YEARS (HIGH LEVEL) SPORTS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
