Educational Requirements1. Bachelors degree. Knowledge & Ability : 1. Ability to train and / or work with adults and children;
strong interpersonal skills.2. Strong leadership ability; ability to communicate effectively. 3. An understanding of the philosophy of the Head Start Program and ability to work effectively with the economically disadvantaged.
4. Knowledge of developmental expectations of 0 to 5-year-old children.5. Basic office skills (e.g., filing, word processing) Job-Related Experience : 1.
Two years experience related to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities. Licenses / Certification : 1. Food handler's permit.
2. Driver's license.3. First aid and CPR certification.
