This is the perfect opportunity for a former or current Regional Director who wants to transition to a more local role without extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities :
- Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure adherence to budgeting guidelines and prepare financial reports
- Increase occupancy by leasing apartments and overseeing onsite activities
- Evaluate financial performance and implement solutions as needed
- Build and maintain a cohesive team focused on achieving property goals
- Monitor resident satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Physically inspect the community daily to maintain standards
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Director
- Experience with Real Page property software is a plus
- Experience with A-Class, high-end luxury properties is required.
- Proven experience managing large multifamily properties.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large staff effectively.
- Strong background in Accounting / Finance
- Proficiency in MS Office Word / Excel
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive, motivating, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Hours of Work :
- Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
- On-call availability 24 hours
Physical Requirements :
- Extensive mobility and good physical condition
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Effective communication with residents, staff, vendors, etc.
