Stock Associate
The Stock Associate is responsible for the receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise within the store as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor.
You will assist customers as needed, delivering a best-in-class consumer experience and contributing to an inclusive environment where you are free to be you.
As a member of our team, you should be highly organized, hardworking and enjoy working with a team.
How You Will Make a Difference
You demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, utilizing selling with a genuine passion for the brand, the customer and the product.
You will ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines and brand standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom areas.
By using strong communication skills, you will work collaboratively with your team to achieve store objectives and sales results.
You will adhere to policies and procedures, standards and practices and company directives. You will protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.
Report all concerns to management.
You successfully meet and exceed sales results and business goals by building strong customer relationships to maximize loyalty and continually provide a great consumer experience.

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional / Retail Experience :
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Educational Position Requirements :
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate / graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
Physical Requirements :
- Standing required for entire work shift
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed)
Communication skills with the ability to be a team player and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
We will teach you how to deliver our Brand and product story through elevated customer service and how to meet and exceed sales targets.
