The job description of the candidates who we are looking for is : CNC EXPERIENCE
Here are the shifts we are looking for hiring :
- One on 1st shift (7a 3 : 30p / M-F)
- One on 2nd or 3rd shift (2nd : 3p 1 : 30a / M-Th, 3rd : 11p 7 : 30a / M-F) Training will be on 2nd or 1st.
We start at $17.50 / hr, plus $2 / hr for 2nd / 3rd shift.
- CNC experienced for at least 1 year
- Have experience with caliper, micrometers, off-sets, touch-offs, height gauge, depth and ID micrometer, slant gauges
- Lathe operating history beneficial
- Excellent work history
- Translate into machine set-up
- Move machine control to adjust machine
- Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines
- Set up, machine tools
- Set up and operate another machine tool during machining cycles
- Set or reset machine to required machining sequence to machine parts in tolerance
- Clean machine, tooling, and parts
- Set up and operate assigned equipment necessary to machine component parts
- Inspect parts as they exit the machine
- Read and interpret machine parts drawing specifications
- Operating equipment and machine tools
- Adjust machine settings to machine parts according to specifications and to maximize machining capabilities
- Start machine and observe cutting operations
- Sharpen tools and set up tooling
- Fabricate parts to specifications on blueprint
- Set up and operate computer numerical control machines by programming control instructions into machine control units
- Select appropriate set up tooling and fixtures for machines
- Determine accuracy of machine operations
- Set up and operate another machine tool during tape controlled machining cycles
- Produce parts within required tolerances.
