Overview
- Coordinates contingent labor services within all entities and external agencies.
- Utilizes strong interpersonal skill and abilities to effectively interact with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
- Manages the processing of contractor payroll / supplier invoicing - analyzes audit reports, makes reconciliations, adjustments and authorizes payment.
- Verifies credentials of contractors within the VMS ensuring compliance to minimum job qualifications, and federal and state regulations.
- Continuously monitors employee and contingent labor records to ensure compliance with established federal, state, and organizational standards.
- Research, resolve, and respond to questions and issues.
- Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
