About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated and certified School Psychologist to join our team in Kansas City, KS for the 2024-2025 school year.
This full-time position requires a passionate professional committed to supporting and enhancing the educational experience of students with diverse needs.
The School Psychologist will assist a team of district psychologists with testing and evaluations and will be responsible for setting up meetings with staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students' educational and psychological needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' educational goals.
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise on students' psychological and educational needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Provide consultation and support to school staff on issues related to student mental health and learning.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Kansas.
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students is preferred.
- Strong understanding of special education laws and best practices.
- Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
