This position is anticipated to last 4-6 years based upon capital project needs and funding.
Primary Purpose :
The primary duty of the Senior Facilities Program Director is to provide professional and administrative services associated with capital projects, including the assessment of existing facilities, planning, coordinating, design, construction, and post-construction evaluation.
The incumbent is responsible for providing leadership, professional development, management, and oversight, as district liaison for capital projects.
The incumbent will assist with establishing and maintaining district design and material standards; establishing and monitoring capital program budgets and schedules;
as well as directing and overseeing the work of facilities project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
