- Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of slot machines.
- Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.
- Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance.
- Responsible for the machine initial fills.
- Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of slot machines.
- Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems.

Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Programming, or related field and minimum one (1) year of Slot Repair experience required;
or minimum two (2) years of progressive Slot Repair experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General understanding of electronics at the circuit board level.
- General understanding of microprocessors.
- Must have strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
