Emergency Room (ER) Nurse
Description of the role :
You will be responsible for providing immediate medical care to patients in the emergency room setting.
This fast-paced and critical role requires excellent clinical skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Responsibilities :
- Assessing, triaging, and treating patients with urgent medical conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient vitals and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Documenting and maintaining accurate medical records
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements :
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ER Nurse
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
