Monday - Friday 1st Shift 7 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Pay $23.50 per hour
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in mold making, tool repair, and modifications or a tooling certification from Chattanooga State
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficiency in machine shop equipment and hand tools
- Strong organizational skills
As a Manual Machinist, you'll play a vital role in constructing and refining aluminum tools / molds to exact specifications and contributing to the seamless operation of production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing tool modifications, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshooting mold defects.
- Planning layouts and fabricating jigs.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Participating in training sessions and professional development programs
- Steel-toes are required
