At District Photo, our employees are the heart of our company. We are seeking a Seasonal Recruiter in our Louisville factory to work our peak season October-December.

Job Overview

The Seasonal Recruiter works closely with our plant teams in a fast-paced environment acquiring talent for our busy season.

The individual will be managing recruiting and onboarding activity for seasonal hourly positions.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for full cycle recruitment for hourly positions including : sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers to candidates
• Maintain applicant status and progress in Paylocity applicant tracking
• Meet hiring deadlines
• Tracking recruiting progress in all reporting and assign hired new hires to new hire training classes.
• Track and manage new hires through all steps of the onboarding process.
• Launch and update onboarding for all new hires through Paylocity
• Track referred applicants for referral bonus program
• Assist with new hire orientations

Requirements :

• 1+ years of experience working in HR, will consider internships
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams and Excel),
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to juggle multiple projects
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Skill to organize and prioritize with minimal supervision
• Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in completing assignments which may include sensitive or confidential information
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
