DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Opening and closing files

• Filing and data editing
• Distributing E-service documents
• Ordering title commitments

Any and all other duties that may be required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• A minimum of two years related experience in a law firm or corporate legal department required
• High school diploma is required; Associated degree preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office required; Familiarity with iManage, File Site and Aderant preferred
