Home Health Caregiver, Scheduler & Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Caregiver Leader and Scheduler.
In this role, you will work as a caregiver during a defined shift, primarily focused on providing respite care.
This allows you the flexibility to manage and schedule a team of 10 caregivers who are working across three shifts to provide care for two families.
This position combines hands-on care giving with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered consistently while efficiently managing staff schedules.
Caregiver & Leadership Role :
- Pay range $19.00 - $21.50 an hour
- Opportunity to fill in when Caregivers call out, and earn overtime
- Provide Care giving while managing a team
- Work Monday & Tuesday in Sun Lakes then Wednesday, Thursday & Friday in Chandler
- You will have a team of 10 Caregivers working all shifts for two families, while you provide care giving (respite) during a defined shift.

As a Home Health Caregiver, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do :
- Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes
- Help with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail / skin care, eating and nutritional intake
- Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Work with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed
- Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
A few must-haves for Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants :
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid Arizona driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
