Description :

Lead agency worker as the head agency representative. Coordinate agency employees start and stop shifts, breaks and complaints.

Be the main liaison between our fulltime Corteva staff and the hiring agency.

Agency specified Leader, organized, strong communication, bi-lingual a plus, able to fill a position of a corn sorter when needed.

Will be the main contact for all agency (corn sorter) employee concerns. Will aid in keeping track of timesheets and proper lunch and break times.

Monitor absences and alert Corteva Supervisor of concerns, attendance issues, complaints, injuries.

Tasks (In addition to Corn Sorting) :

• Liaison for Sorters
• Take daily attendance
• Field questions / issues from sorters
• Ensure timesheets complete and turned in on Sundays
• Do not have to be bilingual
• Requested Pay Rate $16.89 / hr.
• Incentives : They will be eligible for a $500 end of harvest attendance bonus
• Weekly Schedule : Harvest hours run Monday-Sunday 6 : 00am to approximately 6 : 00pm - No Shift work for this role
• Any specific skills, requirements or experience you want in a candidate : 1-2 years of some sort of team leadership; Attendance, collaboration skills, math, communication skills, reliable transportation. Bilingual is not necessary.
