Wells Fargo is seeking an Senior Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation

In this role, you will :

• Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
• Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
• Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
• Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
• Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications, US :

4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

• Understanding and Knowledge of how a Cash Vault operates and the accounting
• Experience with general ledgers and accounting policies
• Working knowledge and understanding of these systems : Operations Image Browser (OIB), Glory Vault Automation System(eVAS),
• Common Recon and Service View 2
• Ability to research and resolve complex customer issues
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to research and resolve complex customer issues
• Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Job Expectations :

• Training : 2 weeks
• Hours : Mon -Friday hours fall between 6 : 30am and 6pm based on the operations of the business(start time and end time between those hours are flexible)
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
• This position offers hybrid schedule
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.

The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
