We are looking to add to our Bar Team at Cookshop!
The Bar Prep position is integral in the success of our operation. Requiring attention to detailed work in a fast paced environment, you will help create products that provide our bartenders the means to craft cocktails and serve our guests to high standards!
Cookshop is a seasonal restaurant located in the heart of Chelsea, next to the High Line Hotel. Our menu showcases the market's freshest local ingredients and our wine list rotates weekly to ensure our guests always have something new and interesting to enjoy.
Monday-Friday, we offer Lunch and Dinner. On the weekends, we serve one of NYC's best brunches.
Cookshop is part of The Bowery Group, responsible for neighborhood favorites Shuka, Rosie’s, Shukette and Vic’s. Understanding DOH protocol

Previous experience as barback / bar prep (preferred)
Interest in growing skills and knowledge of bar operations

This position requires daytime hours, evening hours and weekends with FULL TIME AVAILABILITY.
