Position : Self-Directed Personal Care Specialist

DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for assisting with quality audits, preparing meeting and training materials, helping develop and input data into systems, and assisting with intake referral.
This position involves close collaboration with Clinical Services staff and requires critical thinking, a high level of organization and analytical skills, and a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Complete internal monthly audits of SDPC (nursing) records
- Create quarterly reports in relation to audit outcomes
- Maintain internal database including status updates and clean up
- Provide assistance with intake of referrals
- Create educational and meeting materials
Requirements / Certifications :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
- Well organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task with varied timelines.
- Able to work independently and have strong organization and planning skills.
- Meet production goals with a high degree of accuracy.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing business demands.
- Results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to different healthcare market segments.
- Maintain confidential information and use discretion in handling operations.
- Ability to research, obtain, coordinate, and integrate feedback and directions from diverse operational groups and organizations into a written product.
