Description :
- Conduct chocolate tastings, introducing guests to various types of chocolates, origins, and flavor profiles, while highlighting unique characteristics.
- Interact with tour participants in a friendly and approachable manner, answering their questions and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their preferences, and provide expert guidance to help them find the perfect chocolates for their needs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, striving to resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store, including regular tidying, dusting, and restocking.
